Description
Our fermented Green Tea is crafted by blending green tea leaves harvested at various times throughout the year and fermenting them with Koji—the same starter culture used in the production of sake, miso, and soy sauce.
This tea has an exceptionally mild and smooth taste, free from astringency or bitterness. When brewed with boiling water for an extended period, its flavor becomes even richer. You can produce a large quantity from a small amount of tea leaves. The freshly brewed tea offers a subtle aroma reminiscent of cocoa and a hint of honey-like sweetness, but without any sugary aftertaste.
HOW TO ENJOY: Steep 1 tablespoon for 3 minutes in 1 cup (8-9 oz) of freshly boiled water.
